Classification of daily maintenance work.
1. The daily maintenance of ships is divided into three types: daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, and shutdown maintenance. Among them, shutdown maintenance is divided into semi annual maintenance and annual maintenance.
2. Daily maintenance; Maintain once a month, one day each time; Half year maintenance is carried out based on the host running for 500-600 hours or half a year, with each time lasting 3-5 days; Annual maintenance is carried out on the host for 1000-1500 hours or one year, with each time lasting 3-7 days.

1. The daily and monthly maintenance plans of the ship shall be formulated by the responsible persons of the two departments of the ship based on the actual situation of the ship, and shall be uniformly organized and implemented by the Maritime Safety Department for inspection.
2. The annual (semi annual) inspection of ships shall be arranged uniformly by each branch bureau, and the planned inspection items shall be prepared by the ship based on its technical condition. After review by the Maritime Affairs Department, it shall be reported to the ship management department of the branch bureau at least one month in advance. After review, the Maritime Affairs Department shall organize and implement it.
3. The suspension inspection work focuses on the crew members, and relevant departments should prepare spare parts, tools, etc. to create conditions for crew members to self repair or expand self repair. However, if there are large inspection items and mechanical processing requirements, it is indeed difficult for this ship. With the consent of the ship management department of the branch company, relevant manufacturers should be contacted to solve the suspension inspection. After the suspension inspection is completed, the ship management department of the branch company or the ship management personnel of the maritime department should organize the inspection.
4. The daily maintenance work plan for ships should be included in the policy and objective management and review of each department. According to the approved daily maintenance plan for ships, maintenance and ship inspections should be carried out on time. When changes are indeed necessary, approval from the corresponding department should be obtained and the maintenance plan should be adjusted in a timely manner.
5. Ship maintenance should implement four regulations:
(1) Determine personnel: divide tasks based on various equipment and components of the ship and assign them to individuals;
⑵ Regular maintenance: Each part and equipment of the ship should have a maintenance cycle determined and regularly maintained;
(3) Determine project: Develop specific maintenance projects for each cycle;
(4) Quality determination: Inspect and accept according to the maintenance quality requirements of each part and equipment.
